We appreciate the performance and contribution of our people to the company in order to facilitate their professional development. This is the process we use to measure and develop the talent of our workforce.
This process is defined by the annual performance evaluation, the calibration and defining of potential individualised development programmes.
We have identified twelve competencies that are distributed into two groups: management and generic competencies. The first group consists of: communications, leadership, negotiation and business vision.
The second is: working capacity, flexibility and adaptability, organisation and planning, customer focus, results orientation, proactivity, decision making and teamwork.
The study of these competencies allows us to identify and develop talent for the benefit of our people and our own organizational structure.
